What happens if I run out of sends?

We warn you before you hit the limit. If you're busy, top up with credits, $2 per extra job on any plan, or jump up to Growth. Nothing ever sends without you logging the job first.

Do you offer refunds?

No, so we've made leaving easy instead. There's no lock-in: cancel before your next month and you never pay again. Your first month is half price, so you can see it working without much on the line.

What happens to my reviews if I cancel?

They're yours, forever. Reviews live on your Google Business Profile, not with us, and we never touch them. Cancelling is one text, no lock-in, and it only stops future asks; everything you've earned stays put.

What if a customer isn’t happy?

Then they tell you, not Google. Every customer gets a quick “how’d we go, 1 to 5?” before any review link goes out. Happy ones get the link; unhappy ones land on a private feedback form that comes straight to you, so you get the chance to fix it before it becomes a public one-star.
