The service

Review Base sends SMS review requests to your customers on your behalf: one request after a finished job, plus one follow-up if they don’t respond. Unhappy customers get a private feedback form instead of a push toward Google.

We ask real customers about real jobs. We never write, buy, or fabricate reviews.

The deal

Plans from $50 to $500 per month, billed monthly.

Your first month is always 50% off, whichever plan you pick.

Unlimited means fair use, enough for any real workload. We throttle spam bursts and never re-text the same customer within 30 days.

Month to month. Cancel anytime by texting us, it takes effect at the end of the current month and there are no cancellation fees.

Your part

Only refer customers who actually had a job done and who you genuinely believe were happy with it. You vouch for each one, that vouch is our consent record under the Spam Act 2003.

You’re responsible for how you collect your customers’ numbers.

Straight talk

We can’t guarantee any particular number of reviews, that depends on your customers. What we control is that every happy customer gets asked, politely, at a sensible hour (9am–8pm Melbourne time).

If we ever mess up, tell us and we’ll make it right. That’s the whole policy.
