Review Base

About

Hi, I’m Aiden. I run Review Base from inner Melbourne.

No call centre, no offshore team, no “growth squad”. You text, I answer. Review Base · Melbourne, VIC · ABN 74 119 831 773

It started with local businesses

Every business owner I know does great work and then hates asking for the review. The job’s done, the customer’s happy, and the ask feels awkward, so it never happens. Meanwhile the business down the road with worse work and more reviews wins the job.

So I built the thing that asks for you. You text us the customer’s number after a job, we send the polite request, one follow-up, and route anyone unhappy to a private form that goes to you, not Google.

Now it’s for any local business

Local trades were the start, not the limit. The same awkward ask exists in cafés, physios, mechanics, salons, anyone with a Google Business Profile and customers who’d happily leave a review if someone made it easy.

If your business does good work and your Google page doesn’t show it yet, that’s exactly who this is for.

Why there’s no sales call

Review Base is self-serve on purpose. You can join online in about two minutes: we find your Google review link for you, you pick a plan, and you’re live. No demo, no discovery call, no “let’s circle back”.

If you’d rather talk to a human first, that’s fine too, my number is all over this site and I answer my own texts. But you’ll never be forced through a funnel to get started.

What we will never do

We only ever contact the customers you refer to us, and only about the job you did for them. We don’t buy lists, we don’t cold-spam anyone’s customers, and we don’t message anyone you haven’t vouched for.

We don’t write reviews, we don’t offer incentives for them, and we send a maximum of two messages per customer, full stop. Anyone can reply STOP once and they’re permanently opted out, across every business that uses Review Base. The full detail lives on our compliance page: reviewbase.com.au/why-its-safe
