Why this is safe

Consent-first, always

You only ever refer real customers you've just done a job for. You vouch for each one, and every logged job is recorded with a timestamp, so there's a consent paper trail behind every message we send.

That's how the Spam Act 2003 expects commercial messages to work: the recipient has a genuine relationship with the business the message is about. We don't buy lists, and we don't message anyone you haven't vouched for.

Max two messages, full stop

Each customer gets one review request and one polite follow-up. Never more. If they don't respond, that's the end of it, we don't nag people into reviewing.

STOP works instantly

Any customer can reply STOP to any message and they're permanently suppressed, across every business that uses Review Base, not just yours. Once someone opts out, no client of ours can ever message that number again.

Unhappy customers never reach Google

Before anyone sees a review link, we ask how the job went with a simple 1–5 reply. Happy customers get sent to your Google page. Anyone who wasn't happy gets a private feedback form that goes straight to you, not to Google, so complaints reach you first and you get the chance to fix them.

No fake reviews, ever

We don't write reviews, we don't offer incentives for reviews, and we don't touch bought lists. Every request references your real business and the real job you did, and it goes to the real customer you did it for. Fake reviews get profiles suspended and reputations torched, we won't go near them.

Google-policy-safe by design

Google's rules ban fake engagement, incentivised reviews, and review gating that hides negative feedback. Our 1–5 gate doesn't hide anything, unhappy customers are invited to tell you everything, and happy customers are asked for an honest review, good or bad. Nothing is edited, filtered, or written by us.

The result is reviews from real customers about real jobs, which is exactly what Google's policies are built to protect.
